The website is intended to improve speed and consistency for preliminary analysis. 1. Planning use only

A volume result does not prove that cargo will physically fit. Item shape, orientation, stackability, packaging deformation, aisle access, weight distribution, centre of gravity, floor loading, axle limits, securing points, ventilation, temperature control and handling equipment can reduce usable capacity. Dangerous goods, food, pharmaceuticals and regulated cargo may require additional segregation, documentation or equipment.
5. Inventory and forecast limitations
Inventory formulas depend on demand patterns, lead times, service targets and cost assumptions. Historical demand may not predict promotions, disruptions, obsolescence, new-product introductions, supplier failure, seasonality or structural changes. Safety stock and reorder calculations should be reviewed with actual service performance and business risk.
6. Financial and commercial limitations
Cost tools may omit taxes, duties, financing effects, currency movements, insurance, demurrage, detention, accessorial fees, labour, overhead, penalties, minimum charges and contractual adjustments. Results are not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. Obtain qualified advice where the commercial consequences are material.

Demand, lead time, fuel prices, exchange rates, carrier capacity, packaging specifications, labour availability, route restrictions and legal requirements may change without being reflected in a saved or printed result. Recalculate when material assumptions change and record the source and date of important inputs.
19. Emergency and safety-critical use
